Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>

• Coordinate the Training Centre<\/li>
• Technical preparation and design of training handouts<\/li>
• To present the services of the training centre in the framework of the company's core business at exhibitions, seminars, with the aim of promoting the development of the company's services<\/li>
• Preparing documents to be sent and processing documents received. Prepare certificates, attestations, applications, contracts, etc.<\/li>
• Ensure communication between the training centre, service providers and clients<\/li><\/ul>

  Requirements<\/strong>:<\/p>

  • Higher education, preferably teaching<\/li>
  • Knowledge of document management<\/li>
  • Knowledge of the national language, preferably English and Russian (working with third-country clients, participation in international exhibitions and organisations)<\/li>
  • Category B driving licence<\/li>
  • Proficiency with MS Office applications<\/li>
  • Proficiency with office equipment (printer, scanner, photocopier)<\/li><\/ul>
