The application shall be submitted by the manufacturer (for new vehicles) or by the user (for used vehicles) for the assessment of the conformity of the load securing structures of goods vehicles and their trailers.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

(Accredited Notified Body) receives the terms of reference for testing and auditing of the production site. The Technical Service shall inform the manufacturer\/user of the test methods, the full cost of the testing and conformity assessment process (in case of positive test results), deadlines, labelling.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
