Regulation (EU) No 167\/2013 is binding on all manufacturers, importers and distributors (dealers) of agricultural and forestry vehicles. The application for type-approval shall be accompanied by a package of documents together with a sample of the item to be certified.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

2. Conducting a factory audit<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

The certification body audits the production site. In case of a positive result, a Certificate of Conformity (COP) is issued.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

The certification body issues the EC certificate of type-conformity without time limit upon mutual signature of the instrument of transfer and payment. The EC type-certificate of conformity of the vehicle is entered in the EU common database ETAES.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
