In view of the entry into force of Regulation 2018\/848 of the Parliament and of the Council of 30 May 2018 on organic production and labelling of organic products and repealing Council Regulation No 834\/2007 (hereinafter - Regulation 2018\/848) in 2022, the Law on Organic Agriculture is currently being drafted, on the basis of which new Cabinet Regulations on supervision and control in the field of organic farming will be adopted.<\/p>
Until the adoption of the new regulatory enactments, the Cabinet of Ministers Regulation No 485 of 10 June 2009<\/strong> \"Procedures for the supervision and control of organic production\", the catalogue of measures to be taken in case of non-compliance and infringements set out in Annex 1.1 of which refers to Regulation No 834\/2018 and Regulation No 889\/2008, which have expired and been replaced by Regulation 2018\/848 and Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2021\/1165 of 15 July 2021 authorising and listing certain products and substances for organic production respectively.
