Call for applications TRAINING CENTRE ADMINISTRATOR(S)

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the Training Centre
  • Technical preparation and design of training handouts
  • To present the services of the training centre in the framework of the company's core business at exhibitions, seminars, with the aim of promoting the development of the company's services
  • Preparing documents to be sent and processing documents received. Prepare certificates, attestations, applications, contracts, etc.
  • Ensure communication between the training centre, service providers and clients

Requirements:

  • Higher education, preferably teaching
  • Knowledge of document management
  • Knowledge of the national language, preferably English and Russian (working with third-country clients, participation in international exhibitions and organisations)
  • Category B driving licence
  • Proficiency with MS Office applications
  • Proficiency with office equipment (printer, scanner, photocopier)
