Support for participation in food quality schemes

From 28 February to 28 March 2025, the LAD is accepting applications for the support measure "Support for participation in food quality schemes". 

The objective of the aid is to encourage participation in food quality schemes by agricultural producers and food processors, thereby facilitating the production, processing and retailing of quality food products.

Make sure that operators who have sold pre-packed and labelled organic products at retail have sent applications to the control body by 1 September 2024!

The second funding round amounts to €2.299 million.

Agricultural producers or food processors who are members of at least one of the identified food quality schemes are eligible:

• organic farming scheme
• the national food quality scheme
• the scheme for protected geographical indications and protected designations of origin or the scheme for traditional specialities guaranteed.
