Who can issue training documents?

STC Centre for Continuing Professional Education is an accredited training institution After completing training programmes, such as the 40h programme "The centre issues certificates of competence valid for submission to the LAD.

How to submit documents to the LAD?

The LAD offers a number of convenient ways to submit documents:

• By post to the LAD;
• By hand delivery at the LAD Regional Agriculture Office (RLA);
• When sending a scanned document to the official LAD email address;
• Using the LAD mobile appby taking a photo of the document and uploading it;
• Uploading a document to the EPS system.

Important! When submitting documents, please specify the type of document - Training document. Incorrect document type can delay processing as the LAD processes documents by type.

When to submit documents?

Documents can be submitted:

• Once the training has been completedeven if you haven't accumulated all 40 compulsory lessons;
• At one timewhen all 40 hours have been accumulated.

If your 2025. gada iesniegums LAD jau ir noadministrēts, tad dokumentus EPS sistēmā šobrīd pievienot nevarēsiet. Šādā gadījumā jāsazinās ar LAD, kas var piešķirt atļauju labojumu veikšanai. Iesniegtie dokumenti tad tiks piesaistīti 2025. gada iesniegumam.

Will the LAD inform me of the number of hours?

Currently LAD no changes to the EPS systemto allow customers to see the number of hours they have completed. However, it is planned that 2026. gadā LAD apkopos informāciju for all clients and will inform you whether the required training has been completed.
