OUR COMPANY IS GROWING AND DEVELOPING!
The main task of the association is to ensure the implementation of organic regulations through the cooperation and education of accredited certification organizations. Tasks of members of the Association of Accredited Certifiers: Akreditēto sertificētāju asociācijas biedri:
• support and promote the development of organic farming and processing;
• maintain the highest possible standards of integrity, avoiding conflict of interest situations;
• work together to ensure consistent implementation of national organic standards by sharing information related to policies and procedures and developing guidance documents;
• timely exchange information with the relevant certification authority on issues such as private label testing or residue determination, or in cases where fraud is suspected;
• adhere to ethical and transparent business practices in all their activities, including full disclosure of board members, owners or responsible management officers;
• share information with other ACAs relating to non-compliance and/or undesirable activities, except for confidential business information;
• work together to support the greater good of organic farming and make that decision;
• thoughtfully evaluate the adoption of best practices and other guideline documents developed by AKP.
