Responsibilities:

  • Preparation, filing, updating and storing of the company's records and personnel documents in accordance with the requirements of the regulatory enactments and the nomenclature of files;
  • To process incoming and outgoing company correspondence in accordance with the requirements of the Records Management Manual;
  • Support management and staff in their day-to-day work;
  • Reception of company guests, communication with business partners;
  • Organise the technical servicing of office equipment, including ordering, arranging delivery and monitoring the use of computer equipment and stationery, reporting as directed by the employer.

Requirements:

  • Higher or secondary vocational education in administration/HR management;
  • Excellent computer and MS Office skills;
  • Previous experience in administration;
  • Good oral and written Latvian, Russian and English language skills;
  • Independence in decision-making, high sense of responsibility, ability to organise work independently, good communication skills, analytical thinking;
  • Willing to learn and adapt quickly.
