PROJECT MANAGER FOR CERTIFICATION SERVICES

Responsibilities:

• administering and coordinating project activities for the development of certification services
• extracting, organising and generalising information on the main legal, economic and market factors affecting the development of the European and global organic farming, food, engineering, agricultural machinery and environmental sectors;
• building, developing and maintaining relationships with applicants and business partners
• Development of the company's services through market research for the development of various international standards,
• Development and coordination of certification activities in line with private standards;
• extending the certification services provided by the company to third countries;
• representing the certification body at events in Latvia and abroad related to the development of certification activities;
• organising company events
• representing the company and disseminating information about the certification services provided

Requirements:

• university degree in business, project management, agriculture, engineering or a related field
• Good knowledge of the national language. Knowledge of English and Russian is desirable (working with non-EU clients, international standards, participation in international exhibitions and organisations)
• Independence in decision-making, high sense of responsibility, ability to organise work independently, good communication skills, analytical thinking;
• experience in importing and maintaining various standards would be an advantage,
• Experience of working in international cooperation is desirable

• Category B driving licence;
• Proficiency in MS Office applications;
