The conversion results in a change in the technical characteristics of the tractor or its trailer, or in its design and construction, which may result in a change in the purpose and category of use of the tractor or its trailer. Conversions shall be permitted without prior approval, subject to the requirements of the technical regulations, in accordance with Cabinet Regulation No 770 "Regulations on the conversion of tractors and their trailers"

Measure and assess compliance with documentation and technical requirements.
Two copies of the report shall be made, one of which shall be given to the owner of the vehicles. On the basis of the report, a category 2 conversion opinion shall be issued.
