Organic agriculture outside the EU according to compliance requirements
Organic farming requirements regarding third countries have been established in Council Regulation (EC) No 834/2007 and Commission Regulation (EC) No 889/2008. Regarding countries outside the EU, requirements of equivalence are applied to release of products for free circulation in the EU. STC certify organic farming operators in third countries according to Production standards and control measures Standard.
We can provide certification according countries and sectors indicated in Annex II to COMMISSION IMPLEMENTING REGULATION (EC) No 2021/2325 establishing, pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2018/848 of the European Parliament and of the Council,the list of third countries and the list of control authorities and control bodies that have been recognised under Article 33(2) and (3) of Council Regulation (EC) No 834/2007 for the purpose of importing organic products into the Union.
