Call for applications Housekeeping Manager
Responsibilities:
Carry out all necessary tasks to maintain cleanliness and tidiness at the designated workplace:
– To organise and ensure the provision of logistical and technical supplies in accordance with the company’s needs, whilst complying with health and safety and fire safety requirements;
– To heat the premises during the heating season;
– Monitor the boiler and the heating system, ensuring that the boiler operates in accordance with the operating instructions provided with the boiler.
– Monitor the technical condition and safe operation of heating systems;
– Carry out simple repair work on the company’s premises;
– Cleaning of the company’s premises, courtyard and surrounding areas;
– Keeping the building’s entrance in good condition;
– Cleaning the premises in accordance with weather conditions – clearing away leaves, snow, sand and other debris;
– Maintain the lawns on the company’s premises during the summer;
– Opening and locking the building’s doors at the specified times;
– Ensuring cleanliness and order on the company’s premises;
– Where necessary, carry out other necessary tasks relating to the maintenance of cleanliness and order on the company’s premises, as instructed by the company manager.
Requirements:
– Communication and collaboration skills;
– The ability to organise one’s own work;
– A strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail;
– A good command of the official language;
– Driving licence.
– The ability to carry out tasks related to the cleaning of the premises independently.
– Be able to use simple tools, professional gardening and plant care tools, and plant care products (and measure them out correctly).
