Organic farming outside the EU according to equivalence requirements

From 01.01.2025, the Certification and Testing Centre Ltd (hereinafter referred to as STC) shall certify organic farming in countries outside the European Union only Post-EU Regulation 2018/848 requirements.

STC organic certification in non-EU countries is carried out in accordance with the EC opinion under Regulation 2024/3121 amending Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2021/1378 amending as regards the recognition of certain control bodies under the Regulation (EU) 2018/848 Article 46, which are competent in third countries to carry out controls and issue certificates of organic production for the purpose of importing organic products into the Union.
