Processing of organic products presents a possibility to produce and offer on the market quality products with high added value and use the EU logo of organic farming on the product label, which offers consumers confidence about the origins and qualities of their food and drink and its presence on any product ensures compliance with the EU organic farming regulations.

Application for inclusion in the organic farming control system
Applications are accepted throughout the year. Activities in which one wishes to certify must be mark with "X" (paragraphs 6, 7, 9, 10)

- Uzņēmuma paškontroles dokumentācija – HACCP, kurā iekļauti un identificēti kritiskie posmi darbībās ar bioloģiskiem produktiem, uzraudzības pasākumi;
- Dokumenti, kas nodrošina produktu un izejmateriālu iepirkšanu, izlietojumu, saražotās, realizētās produkcijas uzskaiti- izsekojamību uzņēmumā. Grāmatvedības dokumenti;
- Neatbilstošu bioloģisko produktu, sūdzību reģistrācijas žurnāls;
- Darbībās ar bioloģiskās lauksaimniecības produktiem iesaistīto darbinieku apmācību protokoli;
- Bioloģisko lauksaimniecības produktu, izejvielu piegādātāju saraksts, sertifikātu kopijas.
