Individual approval of individual agricultural and forestry tractors, their trailers and interchangeable towed machinery, as well as special tractors, shall be carried out in accordance with MK noteikumiem Nr. 246 „Traktortehnikas un tās velkamo transportlīdzekļu atbilstības novērtēšanas noteikumi”

2. Declaration of ownership of individual vehicles, or proof of origin;
3. Technical information.
Measure and assess compliance with documentation and technical requirements.
Two copies of the report shall be made, one of which shall be given to the owner of the vehicles. On the basis of the report, an individual vehicle approval shall be issued.
