Cabinet Regulation No 485 (26.05.2009) Procedure for the Supervision and Control of Organic Farming Clause 16 provides that each year the operator submits to the control authority information regarding the area, grown crops, production of plant and animal origin, amount of produced, processed and utilised production subject to organic farming control in the previous year. In case of a failure to submit the REPORT ON THE ORGANIC FARM the enterprise will be applied sanctions according to Cabinet Regulation No 485 Appendix 1.1 Measures to be Performed in the Case of Irregularities and Infringements.
